Making Poses Easier
- Don’t hold the poses as long as I do. Either repeat the pose a few times, holding just for a few seconds, or rest when your body is tired.
- Bend your knees slightly when bending forward from a standing position or when sitting with legs extended.
- Turn your head or bend your neck only as far as is comfortable.
- When you raise your legs while lying on your back, raise one leg at a time. Also, keep your leg bent at the knee while raising it. You can also place your hands under your buttocks for more support.
