It has been quite a year! Looking back, I think most of us learned something very valuable. We learned how to come together and truly care about the wellbeing of others, whether it’s people we love, or people we don’t even know. I know we are all hoping in this new year to see this pandemic come to an end. But no matter what, let’s always hold on to this spirit of care for one another. When the weather gets cooler like this, I find it is easy to be a little more lax on drinking enough water. So I like to have an insulated bottle with a tea bag and warm water to help me stay hydrated (and relaxed!)
