Ingredients:

  • ½ BEET
  • 4 CARROTS
  • 1 PARSNIP
  • 1-INCH PIECE OF FRESH GINGER
  • 3 LONG SPRIGS FRESH PARSLEY

Boost: 

Add a small clove of garlic or a dash of cayenne pepper.
