In another of nature’s ironies, this spicy juice can be hot to the tongue but ultimately cooling to the body. It also supports thyroid and liver function, helping stimulate metabolism.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 long sprigs fresh cilantro
  • A sliver of fresh hot chili Pepper
  • A slice of lemon and pinch of black pepper for garnishing
