Yield: 1 Juice

Ingredients: 

  • 1½ cups red or purple grapes
  • 3 red plums
  • 4 dates, soaked and pitted

Instructions: 

Blend ingredients.

Boost: For extra fiber, supplement with a teaspoon of ground flaxseeds. Add fresh ginger for spice and energy.
