I’ve yet to find a better recipe to clear sinus congestion than this juice, a wintertime regular in my family. Don’t go overboard on the horseradish, however; a little bit goes a long way.

- 6 carrots
- 1 heaping handful fresh parsley
- ¼-inch sliver of horseradish root (about the size of a quarter) or ½ tsp. prepared horseradish
