In her book Wai Lana’s Favorite Juices, yoga practitioner Wai Lana offers a recipe for Cucumber Cooler, an energizing, thirst-quenching. and cooling summer drink. Using a juicer, process 1 apple, 1 cup green grapes, and ½ cucumber. You can juice the other half of the cucumber separately and apply the juice to help cool sunburned skin.
