If your kids want to get into yoga but are too young to go to an adult class, then Wai Lana’s Little Yogis Kit is a must-buy. The see-through plastic mat bag contains a poster of all the poses, a video of Wai Lana’s yoga class, which has been given an Award of Excellence from the Film Advisory Board, and a wonderful blue mat with pictures of children doing poses—so cute you’ll want to use it yourself. A real shame that it’s only available in children’s size.
